Support tickets for WordPress: a form for guests and customers, an admin queue, replies by e-mail, safe attachments. No subscription.

== Description ==

Support without the SaaS invoice: Ticket Desk runs a complete
helpdesk on your own WordPress - a public form, a private queue, and
e-mailed replies.

= What it does =

* A public ticket form: guests and customers open tickets with
  subject, department and message; rate-limited and honeypot-protected.
* A private queue in the admin: every ticket with status, department,
  customer thread and attachments.
* Statuses: new, processing, waiting for customer, resolved. Replies
  go to the customer by e-mail; customer replies reopen the ticket.
* Attachments: png/jpg/pdf/zip up to 5 MB, stored outside uploads with
  deny-all access, downloadable only by the ticket owner or an agent.
* Guests check a ticket by number + e-mail - the same pair that opened
  it.
* Works with High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

= Ticket Desk Pro =

The Pro companion adds e-mail piping (reply by e-mail), SLA timers
with Telegram escalation, CSAT ratings after resolution and a
WooCommerce order card inside the ticket. Learn more:

== Installation ==

   Add New -> Upload Plugin) and activate it.
2. Place the [ticket_desk_form] shortcode on a page.
3. Tickets arrive in the Ticket Desk queue.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Can guests open tickets? =

Yes. A guest provides name, e-mail and message; access to the ticket
thread requires the same e-mail - the pair is the key.

= How do agents reply? =

In the ticket edit screen: the reply is stored in the thread and sent
to the customer by e-mail.

= Are attachments safe? =

Files are stored outside the uploads folder with deny-all access and
served only after an ownership check; executables and scripts are
rejected by MIME whitelist.

= Is anything sent to third parties? =

No. Ticket Desk works entirely on your site; notifications go through
your own WordPress wp_mail.

== Changelog ==

= 1.0.0 =

  statuses and replies, attachments with access control, canned
  replies, HPOS support.

== Privacy & Data ==

Ticket Desk stores tickets, replies and attachments in your own
WordPress installation. Notifications go through your own WordPress
wp_mail. Nothing is sent to any external service.
