Customer return requests for WooCommerce: the form lives in My Account, your team works a clean RMA queue, every status change is logged.

== Description ==

In the EU every customer has the right to return an order within 14 days -
and managing that in Excel is chaos. Return Manager gives the customer a
simple request form right inside My Account and gives your team a proper
queue: who asked, what items, why, and where in the process it is.

= What it does =

* "Request a return" button on the order view page - only for completed
  orders and only within your configurable window (default 14 days).
* The customer picks items, quantities, a reason and adds a comment.
* Your queue in the admin: new -> approved -> items received -> completed
  (or rejected), every transition logged with author, date and comment.
* Editable e-mail templates: customer receipt, customer completion,
  manager alert. All sent through your own WordPress wp_mail.
* Reason statistics in the clean Yodsira report style.
* Works with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS).

= Return Manager Pro =

The Pro companion adds the exchange flow (different item, price
difference), one-click credit notes with pdf-invoices, automatic refunds
through the WooCommerce Refund API and SLA escalation with Telegram
alerts. Learn more: https://yodsira.com/en/product/return-manager/

   window, instructions and e-mail templates.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Who can request a return? =

Only the logged-in customer who placed the order, and only while the
order is completed and the request window (default 14 days) is open.
Guest orders have no account page, so no form is shown.

= Can a customer spam the shop with requests? =

No. There is exactly one open request per order - a rejected request
allows a new one, an open one blocks duplicates.

= Where do the e-mails go? =

Through your WordPress wp_mail - to the customer address on the order
and to the manager address you set (or the site admin if empty). The
plugin itself talks to no external service.

= Does it work with HPOS? =

Yes. Return Manager declares HPOS compatibility and works in both
storage modes.

= What happens to the data if I delete the plugin? =

By default the request tables are kept so you can reinstall safely.
Tick "delete data" in the settings to remove requests and history on
uninstall.

== Changelog ==

= 1.0.0 =
* First release: request form in My Account, RMA queue with status
  history and comments, editable e-mails, reason statistics, HPOS
  support.

== Privacy & Data ==

Return Manager stores the requests you and your customers create in your
own WordPress database. E-mails are sent by your own WordPress wp_mail
(no third-party service). The Pro Telegram alerts use the Telegram Bot
API - only with your own bot token and only if you enable them.
