No — it converts files you saved; it never opens network connections for content.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The app works fully offline; only license activation and update checks touch the network.

Installation & uninstall
Free version
- Download the app with the "Download free" button above and unpack the zip.
- Run html-to-markdown.exe — no installation needed.
- Add a file, press "Convert" — the result appears next to it.
Pro version
- After payment you get a license key.
- Menu Pro → "Activate…" — paste the key, Pro unlocks on up to 3 PCs.
Uninstall
- Delete the app folder — the system keeps no traces.
Desktop apps leave no traces: delete the folder and it is gone.
