PDF Rotate fixes sideways scans on your computer: choose 90, 180 or 270 degrees and every page (or, in Pro, just the ones you name) is turned. Text stays text — nothing is re-rendered.
Free rotates 5 files a day (all pages). Pro removes the limit and adds page selection (e.g. 1,3-5). One key covers up to 3 Windows PCs.

Will the file quality drop?
No — rotation changes page metadata, the page content is not re-rendered.
Is anything uploaded?
No. The app works fully offline; only license activation and update checks touch the network.

Installation & uninstall
Free version
- Download the app with the "Download free" button above and unpack the zip.
- Run pdf-rotate.exe — no installation needed.
- Add a file, press "Convert" — the result appears next to it.
Pro version
- After payment you get a license key.
- Menu Pro → "Activate…" — paste the key, Pro unlocks on up to 3 PCs.
Uninstall
- Delete the app folder — the system keeps no traces.
Desktop apps leave no traces: delete the folder and it is gone.
