PDF Watermark overlays every page with a translucent diagonal stamp — CONFIDENTIAL, DRAFT, your company name — anything in Latin or Cyrillic. Page content, rotation and size are preserved; the overlay sits on top without touching the text layer.
Free stamps 3 files a day with a fixed font size. Pro lifts the limit, lets you pick the font size and stamp an image (a logo scan, a signature) instead of text. One key covers up to 3 Windows PCs.

No. The app works fully offline; only license activation and update checks touch the network.
Will the watermark cover the text?
It sits on top at low opacity — the text stays readable underneath.

Installation & uninstall
Free version
- Download the app with the "Download free" button above and unpack the zip.
- Run pdf-watermark.exe — no installation needed.
- Add a file, press "Convert" — the result appears next to it.
Pro version
- After payment you get a license key.
- Menu Pro → "Activate…" — paste the key, Pro unlocks on up to 3 PCs.
Uninstall
- Delete the app folder — the system keeps no traces.
Desktop apps leave no traces: delete the folder and it is gone.
