1. What the license covers

Yodsira Algo Suite (the "Software") is licensed per buyer, not per site: you may run it on your own devices, with your own exchange accounts. The license is perpetual for the version available at the time of purchase; updates released within 12 months of the payment date are included. After that period the Software keeps working, and new updates require a renewal purchase.

Free products of the Suite are distributed under their own terms and are not part of this agreement.

2. What the Software is

The Software is an automation tool that executes the user's written configuration on the user's own exchange account through the exchange's official API. It is not an investment service, not asset management and not investment advice. The Seller never receives, stores or accesses the Buyer's funds, API keys or exchange accounts.

3. Risk disclosure

Trading cryptocurrencies and using leverage involves a substantial risk of loss, up to and including the total loss of the trading account. No feature of the Software, no configuration and no marketing material constitutes a promise, guarantee or forecast of profit. Results of backtesting and demo testing do not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for your configuration, your risk settings and your trading decisions. Use the Software only with funds you can afford to lose.

4. No investment advice

The Software and all related materials do not constitute individual investment recommendations. Example configurations and presets included in the Software are demonstrations of its functions, not advice to trade or to use any particular settings.

5. API keys and security

The Buyer creates exchange API keys at their own discretion. The Seller strongly recommends keys with trading permission only, without withdrawal rights. The keys are stored locally on the Buyer's device; the Buyer is responsible for the security of that device.

6. Warranty and liability

The Software is provided "as is". The Seller does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Seller is not liable for trading losses, missed profits, exchange outages, API changes or actions taken by the exchange against the Buyer's account. The Seller's total liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the order.

7. Termination and applicable law

The license terminates automatically if the Buyer violates this agreement (including sharing the license token or the Software files). Russian law governs this agreement; Seller details are in the "Contacts" section.
