When placing an order: email address, name (optional), site domain (optional), order contents and amount.

When contacting support: email address and the content of your request.

Technical data: an anonymized session identifier (cookie), a hash of your IP address, country (derived from the IP), pages and events viewed. The IP address is stored only as a non-reversible hash; the country is used for aggregate statistics.

We do not sell your data. It is shared only with the payment service (Robokassa — to process the payment) and an IP-to-country service (anonymized, country only).

3. Purposes and retention

Purposes: fulfilling the contract (license delivery, support), internal sales accounting, anonymized website statistics.

Order data is kept until you withdraw consent or for 3 years from the last activity (tax accounting). The session cookie lasts 12 months.
