Refund Policy

1. General principle

We sell digital products with instant license delivery. Consumer-protection rules limit returns for such goods, but we handle every case like humans.

2. Full refund when

The product does not install or does not perform the functions described on its product page, and our support could not resolve the issue within 14 calendar days from the payment date.

You were accidentally charged twice (the duplicate payment is refunded in full).

3. No refund when

The license key has been activated and the product performs the described functions (digital goods of proper quality are non-returnable under Art. 26.1 of the Russian Consumer Protection Law).

The refund request is filed later than 14 calendar days after the payment date.

4. How to request

Use the support form on the Website or the email listed in "Contacts": include the order number (format YDS-XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX) and the reason. Decision within 3 business days; the refund is issued via the original payment method within up to 10 calendar days.
