What does the discount apply to?
To any product in the store: plugins, desktop apps, document tools. It applies to your next order after the discount is earned.
What is excluded?
API subscriptions, balance top-ups, license renewals and the all-access bundle. These items neither earn nor accept the discount.
When does the discount expire?
30 days after it was earned. A reminder email arrives a few days before.
When does the counter reset?
On the 1st of each month (UTC). The reset only clears the counter — an already earned discount keeps living its full 30 days.
Can I combine it with a promo code?
No. If a promo code is applied to an order, the promo works instead of the loyalty discount for that order.
